All “Baby Hot Cakes” are custom made and nothing leaves “OUR” hands until we are happy with it! So, please allow 3-5 business days to process the order and another 5-7 days for shipping. These "Cakes" are NOT mass-produced, nor do they follow a set formula. They are all beautifully hand-made as unique pieces.

We ship our Diaper Cakes via UPS. We can also deliver to P.O. Boxes. All packages are sent at the ground rate. If you need a rush order please contact us A.S.A.P. and we will do “our best” to make it happen for you.

Here at “Baby Hot Cakes” we want you to be happy with our products however please contact us if you need to return an order. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will not refund payment on orders that must be delivered by a specific date/rush order, unless the order is shipped via Overnight Delivery. Please remember that orders take up to 5 days to be made plus the shipping time.

The returned order package must be unopened. Shipping both ways are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns to Baby Hot Cakes should be sent via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal all with Delivery Confirmation to ensure the package is received by Baby Hot Cakes. Please include order number and credit card number you want credited with your return.

Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For company checks, please allow up to 7 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $10.00 ( U.S. ) fee on all returned company checks.
